When you buy Products online, you can cancel the product at the time of delivery, without any charges and request for refund if the product has manufacturing defect or damaged. For all other cases cancellation is not allowed once the product is shipped out of our warehouse.
What if there is a change or Mistake in the product that is delivered?
If there is any discrepancy in the ordered products and the product which is being delivered, we will provide replacement depending on the stock availability. In case stock is not available, we will provide full refund.
Do I get Free Installation on all products?
Free Installation is only available on selected products. Please refer product specification for the same.
What do you mean by DIY?
DIY means (Do It Yourself) where customer needs to assemble the product by themselves.
How I can choose my convenient day and time of the delivery?
You can either schedule the order online on the order confirmation page or our team will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule the delivery as per your convenience. Delivery day and time is as per availability of delivery slot. Our Logistics team will intimate you about your delivery slot two days prior to delivery and on the date of delivery. If you want to change the delivery schedule then you need to contact us at least 48 hours prior to delivery date to request for change.
Can the customer change the delivery address after he/she has purchased the product online?

There is no limit on the weight of the product.
Can someone else receive the delivery on Customers behalf?
You can nominate any other person to receive the delivery on your behalf. You can specify the person to receive the shipment at the time of fixing up the delivery schedule with our logistics team on call.
What if I change my mind and want to return the items after delivery?
Item once delivered cannot be returned unless there is any manufacture defect. Refer Return policy document online for terms and conditions.
