14 DAYS EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
If Goods are returned due to damage or manufacture issues within 14 days from the date of purchase, we shall offer Credit note or Refund of the invoice value, provided the following conditions are maintained:
- Goods are in working condition
- Goods are free from any Scratch or Damage
- Goods are un-used and NOT installed
- All spare parts & accessories are returned in original packing along with the Packed Items
Original Invoice is mandatory for the Exchange / Credit note / Refund. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, we shall be able to honor any request for Exchange / Refunds or Credit Note if the above points are not followed.
Patrons are requested to check the quality, working condition of the items, during purchase and after installation, to avoid any inconvenience.
If any damage is not reported during purchase & installation, we shall not be liable to offer any Exchange, Credit note or Refund.
If the delivery is returned after confirming by customer, delivery charges will be paid by customer of RWF 20,000.
No orders will be cancelled/replaced/refunded, once the material is delivered.
After receiving the goods, if there is any manufacture defect ,we will either repair or replace depending on the product.(depends on availability).
Goods Purchase during sale time and display piece are not returnable.
Credit Note will be offered if item cannot be repaired or replaced for next purchase.
Credit Note can be used on Website for 6 months only. Not in the Showroom.
NO Exchange / Credit Note Or Refund, for Made to Measure products like Blinds, Curtains, Parquet, Tiles, Installed Gazebos, Wallpapers , Home Furnishing, Home Décor , Grass carpet , Electrical , Sanitary items shall be entertained.
Refunds process takes 7-10 working days / No Cash refunds
